MB Fitness is highly experienced and qualified to help you identify your goals for training and teaching you how to reach and maintain them, while supporting and encouraging you along the way.

Children’s Personal Training

Teaching children the importance of regular exercise and benefits of a healthy lifestyle setting them on the path to good habits.

MB Fitness helps develop basic agility, balance and coordination, important for all aspects of life as well as helping to build confidence and set the foundations for a healthy and happy future. MB Fitness can also assist in reaching sporting goals, using his expertise to help instil enjoyment for sports and exercise in his younger clients.

Injury Rehabilitation

From a niggling back, to torn ligaments and everything in between MB Fitness has experience in helping clients gain back their strength, mobility and confidence.

After personal experience of various sports injuries MB Fitness studied this area further and has a wealth of knowledge, experience and a proven track record. Technique and patience is key to ensuring you safely return to exercise and Max will guide and encourage you at every step.

 

Work Fit

Developed with working professionals in mind and appreciating possible limited time and/or a lack of discipline to train.

Having worked in a stressful and unhealthy office environment for a number of years Max knows the realities of trying to fit exercise in and the excuses that come with it! He also knows from first hand experience the importance of a balanced lifestyle and as a result has tailored programmes to specifically provide effective and sustainable guidance.

Mum Fit

Working with Mum's looking to improve their physical fitness and regain their confidence, MB Fitness understands what works and ensures goals are reached effectively and sustainably.

Clients come to MB Fitness to ensure they are fit enough to keep up with their kids, feel stronger from within, or simply for a bit of focused 'me time'!

Mature Fit

Guiding older clients is something MB Fitness has a wealth of experience in.

Ensuring his mature clients feel anything but, he helps to keep them as independent as possible through focused movements to aid mobility, help posture correction and reduce pain, as well as keeping joints moving.

He knows the correct approach and requirements for these clients and guides with encouragement.

Sports Focused Training.

For those looking to up their game or hone their skills for a specific sport. Max has the knowledge and first hand, as well as professional experience. Having played Tennis at a high level as well as golf, football and rugby, Max can help you identify the specific areas for improvement in your sport and help you focus on the areas needed to sharpen your skills, strength and performance.

1-1 Session - £55 (60 mins)
1-1 Session - £32.50 (30 mins)
2-4 people - £65 (55mins)
Group Circuit Class - £15 per person (45mins)
Home Visit PT - from £80 per session depending on number of people and location.
